I have noticed that in many chat places about simcity, people are saying they cant create cloverleaf highway passages. Its quite easy to make them actually. Start by making a section of highway about 20 tiles, now do it the other way making an +. Now if you drag it far enough, part will turn a light blue.

Now unclick so it builds, it will ask you if you want to build a cloverleaf. Click accept, and it will build one for you!
